Over 30 athletes took to the P.A.C.E. scene this spring with our Iron Knee Cinic. Athletes have been working hard on speed and strength sessions Wednesday evenings and building endurance on Saturday mornings.
Weekly newsletters, filled with tips on nutrition, running technique, recipes, different yoga poses, periodization, injury prevention and more assist athletes in their journey to not only have fun out in the dirt, but learn all the tools necessary to reach their maximum potential!
PACE leaders; Andrew, Shannon, Molly and Level IV NCCP coach Amber Gilbert help make up the PACE team and assist in leading incredible routes all over Kelowna and motivating athletes every week.
